Joy  1 character, non-commercial Base prices are in $USD. Commissioner is responsible for the present Paypal Fee per transaction (currently 2.9% + $0.30 USD) on top of the Base Price. Payment must be made in full, or I must receive half the payment before starting, and the rest before giving the finished, unmarked file. I'm sorry it has to be done this way but some have just ruined it for the rest :c Pencil = $15 Lined = $25 [link] Lined & Flat coloured = $35 [link] Lined & Shaded = $45 [link] Note that there is no difference in price between bust/full bodied pictures.
