Rei Hino from Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon! 
This was one of my various tries at doing vector art. Gah it's still evil! I like how clean it is but sometimes, it can just really frustrate me with how hard it is to figure the darn functions out. I'm not sure why I decided to do fanart but I'm glad I did this one. Mars is so saucy lol
If you're wondering why she has daggers.. I got the idea from the SailorMoon Live action during their final battles. I think one of them came from Venus?
